Gold Showcase Registration includes a $100 charitable donation directly benefiting Angels for Animals.

Gold Showcase participants may begin arriving at 9:00 AM through the main Angels for Animals entrance off Western Reserve Road / SR 165. Vehicles will be checked in and placed upon arrival by event staff.

The main Western Reserve Road / SR 165 entrance will close for event vehicle entry at 11:00 AM. Vehicles arriving after 11:00 AM must enter through the Cook Road entrance and will be directed by event staff based on available space and event flow.

All registrations, showcase package donations, charitable contributions, and event-related transactions are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued due to weather, event modifications, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, vehicle issues, or a participant’s inability to attend after registration.

Your registration purchase includes the benefits, placement, and event access listed for the specific registration option selected. Final vehicle placement and arrival instructions are subject to event staff direction.
Participants should arrive during the posted entry window for their selected registration option.

Gold Showcase, Platinum Showcase, and Early Bird participants may enter through the main Angels for Animals entrance off Western Reserve Road / SR 165 beginning at 9:00 AM. The Western Reserve Road / SR 165 entrance closes at 11:00 AM for event vehicle entry.

Standard Entry participants must enter through the Cook Road entrance only, beginning at 11:00 AM.

After 11:00 AM, all event vehicle entry must use the Cook Road entrance. Please follow event staff instructions upon arrival for check-in, parking, and vehicle placement.
By registering, participants certify that they have the legal authority to exhibit the vehicle entered and agree to follow all event staff instructions, parking assignments, safety requirements, and venue rules. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any vehicle, display, or participant deemed unsafe, disruptive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of the event.
Vehicles are displayed and operated at the owner's sole risk. Angels for Animals, Cars, Cats & Canines, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, property owners, and affiliated parties are not responsible for any loss, theft, vandalism, personal injury, accident, or damage to vehicles or personal property before, during, or after the event. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their vehicle and any associated risks related to event participation.
